I’m Celeste, and I help women 40+ build muscle, improve their metabolism, and finally understand what’s actually going on with their hormones.
At 46, I’ve been through the frustration of doing everything “right” and still feeling stuck. Navigating hypothyroidism, metabolism shifts, and hormone changes forced me to find a better way to train and fuel my body.
My approach blends real-world experience with a foundation as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ISSA Certified in Nutrition, so you’re not left guessing what to do next.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what actually works for your body, your hormones, and your stage of life.
